You will engage with customers, ask the right questions, overcome objections, and guide them through financial decisions, including money conversations. The role involves both inbound and outbound calls, requires resilience, and includes structured coaching with opportunities for fast-track advancement and a compensation package with monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English; bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand needs and guide them through financial solutions.
• Handle inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions, including discussions about money.
• Stay positive and engaged, even when customers hesitate or say no.
• Learn quickly through feedback and coaching and apply it immediately.
