Wisconsin Auto Title Loans, Inc. is hiring for a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will manage both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including discussions about money. Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver's License.
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.
