CarMax Auto Superstores is seeking a Sales Manager Trainee to join our structured six-to-nine-month training program designed to prepare you for a future Sales Manager role. You will work with seasoned managers and sales consultants to build leadership and strategic skills while delivering outstanding customer experiences and sales results.

You will influence and motivate a sales team, participate in in-store rotations, and contribute to a best-in-class retail culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of management experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Proven ability to execute long- and short-term sales strategies.
• Strong communication and leadership to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a commissioned sales team to achieve strong results for your location.
