Responsibilities

• Adhere to merchandising guidelines and maintain displays per company standards.
• Monitor inventory with regular stock counts and replenishment.
• Oversee recovery to keep the department neat and visually appealing.
• Coordinate price changes and update pricing labels/signage.
• Manage playbook features and planogram sets to maximize sales.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and a pleasant shopping environment.
• Provide customer service, locate products, and address inquiries promptly.
• Assist at the front end with transactions or loadouts as required.
• Operate retail equipment and participate in cross-training.
