Fazoli’s in Mount Vernon, IL seeks an Assistant Manager to supervise shifts, uphold policies, and support the General Manager in driving People, Sales, and Profit. The role includes assisting the GM with team development, building community relationships to boost sales, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

The Assistant Manager is accountable for the successful operation, growth, and prosperity of an assigned Fazoli’s Restaurant through execution of People, Sales, Profit.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum Age: 18 years.
• External Candidates: 1 year of Assistant Manager experience requested.
• Internal Candidates: 6 months as Fazoli’s Associate Trainer recommended by GM.
• All Candidates: complete Fazoli’s training including SERV Safe.

Responsabilités

• Supervises, directs, and controls assigned shifts per policies and standards.
• Assists the General Manager in developing the restaurant team and bench strength.
• Builds professional relationships to drive sales within the community.
• Maintains operational efficiency and safe work environment for guests and team members.
