Job summary

You will support the General Manager in driving restaurant growth, ensuring profitability, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment for guests and team members.

Key duties include developing the restaurant team, building community relationships to boost sales, and implementing approved marketing plans under General Manager direction.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum Age: 18 years of age.
• External Candidates: Minimum 1-year previous Assistant Manager experience required.
• Internal Candidates: 6 months of experience as Fazoli’s Associate Trainer recommended.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and controls assigned shifts by established policies, procedures, and standards.
• Supports the goals, plans, and priorities of the General Manager.
• Builds professional business relationships and partnerships within the community and drives in-house and off-premises sales.
• Maintains, enforces effective management practices to promote a safe, productive restaurant environment.
