Responsibilities

• Guides customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM options.
• Delivers a consistent, high-quality customer experience and handles transactions as needed.
• Resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to specialists.
• Adheres to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
