Qualifications

• Cash handling and transaction processing.
• Clear communication across in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Frequent computer use and monitoring.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and providing guidance on Regions’ products and services.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Consumer and Business banking products including loans and deposits.
• Promotes Regions’ digital banking solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Delivers a consistent customer experience including greeting and transaction processing.
• Owns customer issues and refers complex goals to internal experts.
• Adheres to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
