Ideal candidates have retail or sales experience with a focus on compliance, service quality and teamwork. The role includes growth opportunities and an incentive plan, with a strong emphasis on customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and sustained monitor attention.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new clients.
• Educates and advises on Regions’ Consumer and Business products including loan and deposit types.
• Educates customers on mobile, online, and ATM offerings to ease banking.
• Ensures a consistent optimal customer experience and processes transactions.
• Owns and resolves customer issues; refers complex goals to specialists.
• Follows bank processes, adheres to laws, and manages operational risks.
