• Conducts outbound calls to expand existing relationships and acquire new clients
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products, loans and deposits
• Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings
• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience and processes transactions
• Owns and resolves customer issues
• Refers complex needs to internal experts
• Follows bank processes and adheres to applicable laws and regulations
