Job summary

PAM Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct, and supervise care for patients admitted to the nursing unit under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer or Nursing Director. You will plan, coordinate, and provide patient care, including discharge planning and family teaching for post-hospitalization.

The role requires current RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS within 90 days. ACLS is required for Charge Nurse duties, with opportunities for growth across PAM Health’s 70+

Qualifications

• Education and Training: valid RN licensure in state or compact licensure; BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days; ACLS must be AHA approved for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on the nursing unit under CNO/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse.
• Plan and coordinate care, including discharge planning and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties; ACLS certification required for that role.
