Job summary

PAM Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on the nursing unit. You will plan and coordinate care, participate in discharge planning, and educate patients and families for post-hospitalization needs.

The RN will work under the direction of Nursing leadership, with ACLS/BLS requirements and opportunities for advancement within PAM Health’s growing network of locations.

Qualifications

• Holds a current RN license in the practicing state or a compact license.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment; for Charge Nurses, ACLS is required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient/family teaching for post-hospital care.
• Engage in interdisciplinary planning and community resource access.
