Job summary

Aperion Care in Kokomo, Indiana is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. The RN will administer medications, coordinate with physicians, and ensure safety protocols while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality care in a collaborative environment.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current Indiana license.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Perform nursing duties per care plans and physician orders.
• Receive/give nursing report at shift changes and rounds with physicians.
• Coordinate care with other departments to meet resident needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and meals.
