Qualifications

Active real estate license or actively pursuing licensure.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and earn trust.

Responsibilities

Complete our Agent Launch Program and graduate from the 86‑Day Launch.
Serve buyers and sellers with high-level service and market knowledge.
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week and convert opportunities.
Host open houses and leverage proven systems to maximize attendance.
Participate in team activities and ongoing coaching for growth and accountability.
