Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA Therapy is hiring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA guidance. You’ll travel to multiple locations, maintain punctual attendance, and document progress using our electronic systems.

We value qualified RBTs with strong communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a commitment to data-driven care. Flexible hours with opportunities for growth and teamwork support are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be RBT certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong writing and verbal communication.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes and provide one-on-one therapy following the ABA program set by the BCBA.
• Be available for supervision, phone conferences and team meetings as required by the BCBA.
• Must have a vehicle to commute to locations and be punctual to every appointment.
• Collect and enter session data daily in electronic systems (training provided).
