Job summary

EDG2, Inc., a Bethesda-based engineering firm, is seeking a Marketing & HR Pursuit Specialist / Coordinator to support marketing and staff pursuits on site in Bethesda, MD. You will manage end-to-end proposal processes, craft job descriptions and ads, coordinate interviews, and create compelling proposals and collateral to win new business.

Qualifications

• APMP Foundation certification or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's in Marketing or Business Management preferred; or 2–5 years pursuit management exp.
• Experience in Architectural, Engineering or Construction industries a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end process of winning new business.
• Pursue potential staff, draft job descriptions and ads, set up interviews.
• Create, format, and submit proposals and qualifications packages.
• Develop and update project sheets and resumes for corporate staff.
• Create and assist with presentations and marketing collateral.
• Support marketing activities at trade shows, associations and job fairs.
• Generate project and candidate leads; provide admin support across lifecycle.
• Ensure proposals and RFx documents meet all requirements and deadlines.
• Proofread and edit to ensure brand consistency and clarity.
• Collaborate with technical teams and leaders to produce winning materials.
