Socket.dev is seeking a Property Manager for Selby Ranch to lead all aspects of the community, from financial performance to resident satisfaction and daily operations.

You will drive occupancy, manage budgets, and guide a high-performing onsite team while upholding compliance and safety standards. This role offers growth opportunities across multi-site leadership within a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Preferred resident manager experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management practices.
• Experience using property management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee every aspect of the community's success, including financial performance, resident satisfaction, team leadership, and daily operations.
• Develop people, solve challenges, drive results, and make a meaningful impact on the community and team.
• Manage occupancy, revenue, budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships to protect property value.
• Lead leasing initiatives, enhance resident experience, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Recruit, coach, and develop an onsite team; uphold accountability and collaboration.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and high standards for curb appeal and operations.
