Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive growth for our Personal Loans business. You will identify and develop high-impact opportunities across the customer journey—from acquisition and conversion to new loan programs, partnerships, market expansion, and deeper relationships with existing customers.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams from strategy through execution in a highly analytical, business-oriented role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including Senior/Principal level.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and commercial instincts with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own growth product strategy for Personal Loans, expanding funded volume and addressable market.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Risk, Credit, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations.
• Define hypotheses, success metrics, and iterate based on measurements and learnings.
• Partner with Marketing and Partnerships to optimize acquisition, segmentation, and channel performance.
