Job summary

JBA International is hiring a case manager in Santa Monica, CA to support a growing team handling personal injury matters. You will manage cases, coordinate with medical professionals, and open/manage claims, while communicating with clients and doctors to ensure timely treatment and representation.

The role emphasizes independence and teamwork, with opportunities for growth within the firm. Proficiency in Word/Excel, Outlook, and Adobe is expected, with experience in Casepeer or similar

Qualifications

• Experience with Casepeer or other legal software.
• Spanish speaker is a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Must be proficient in Outlook and Adobe.
• Prior PC experience required including knowledge of word processing software (Word and Excel preferred).

Responsibilities

• Case management of personal injury matters such as auto, dog bites, slip and fall, premise, pedestrian, and government claims.
• Act as liaison between client and doctors
• Open claims, send representation letters, and set clients up with medical treatment
