Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with empathy.

Responsabilités

• Place introductory call to client within 24 hours of case assignment.
• Assess completeness of case documentation and obtain missing items.
• Review documentation with client for accuracy.
• Set up clients with medical treatment or coordinate with their providers.
• Maintain client files with progress reports and status updates.
• Communicate with adjusters, medical providers, and lien holders regularly.
• Update case management system at each stage and document interactions.
