Mr. Handyman of Olathe, Gardner is seeking an Operations & Sales Coordinator to join our growing home services team in Olathe, KS. You will interact with customers, technicians, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly and convert opportunities into sales.

In this in-office role, you’ll answer calls, schedule appointments, prepare estimates, follow up on leads, and support marketing while maintaining an organized office and assisting in the field when needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and online inquiries.
• Build relationships and schedule appointments.
• Prepare estimates and move customers toward work.
• Follow up on unsold estimates and leads.
• Maintain full and productive technicians' schedules.
• Coordinate daily schedules and adjust routes as needed.
• Ensure clear communication with customers throughout projects.
• Request and collect 5-star reviews.
• Assist with marketing and social media content.
