Pain Relief Solutions is seeking a Medical Front Office Receptionist for our Poway Escondido clinics. This full-time role combines administrative and clinical support to improve patient care in a fast-paced pain management setting.

The ideal candidate has a Medical Assistant program, 1+ year MA experience, CPR or willingness to obtain, and strong EMR/computer skills, with a patient-first, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program is required.
• 1+ year Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong EMR and computer skills.
• HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide Administrative Support: accurate patient documentation, EMR management, answer patient calls.
• Scheduling: manage appointments, educate patients on visits, handle referrals and scheduling edits.
• Support for Medical Assistants as needed in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
