Job summary

Kirby Risk is seeking a Mechanical Solutions and Service Sales Manager in Indianapolis to lead growth for our Mechanical Solutions & Service business. You will coach a team, define sales strategies, and partner with regional teams to increase market share.

You will build customer and supplier relationships, manage budgets, and ensure safety and policy compliance while traveling within assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years in Power Transmission, Motors, Mechanical Services, or related field.
• 3+ years in Power Transmission sales or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and day-to-day development of Mechanical Solutions & Service business.
• Identify opportunities, support customers, and expand market presence.
• Coach Mechanical Specialists and Consultants; set goals and budgets.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
