Kirby Risk Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Solutions and Service Sales Manager in Indianapolis. You will lead growth and the day-to-day development of our Mechanical Solutions & Service business, working with sales teams and partners to identify opportunities, support customers, and expand our presence in the markets we serve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years in Power Transmission, Motors, Mechanical Services, or related field.
• 3+ years Power Transmission sales experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of Power Transmission products, electric motors, and their applications.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage competing priorities with a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
