Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Marketing & Sales Development Associate in Littleton, MA to collaborate with regional sales leadership, develop new business, and strengthen customer communications. You will help tell the Littleton lab story to engineering and product teams and drive outbound outreach.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, strong written communication, and CRM/MS Office proficiency. This is a full‑time position with potential to grow into a field sales role and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
Strong written communication with ability to adapt tone for emails, LinkedIn, or briefs.
Genuine interest in business development, sales, and client relationships.
Experience creating content for professional audiences (internships, campus media, clubs, or personal projects).
Organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple sequences and CRM entries.

Responsibilities

Execute targeted outbound email and calling campaigns to prospective accounts and passive customers.
Research target companies to identify engineering and compliance contacts and build personalized outreach.
Follow up on quotes, proposals, and inquiries for sales executives to move opportunities forward.
Re-engage lapsed accounts to reopen conversations.
Draft customer-facing content and support marketing cadence and materials.
Maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ensure pipeline reflects activity.
