Job summary

Eurofins Scientific in Littleton, MA seeks a Marketing & Sales Development Associate to drive outbound outreach, craft customer-facing content, and support the lab’s growth with regional sales teams.

You will manage CRM entries, coordinate communications, and help tell the Littleton lab’s story to engineers and product developers. This role offers high visibility and potential to advance into field sales, within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field—or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Strong written communication that adapts voice for emails, LinkedIn, briefs.
• Genuine interest in business development, sales, and client relationship-building.
• Experience creating content for professional audiences (internships, clubs, campus media, projects).
• Organized and self-directed; capable of managing multiple outreach sequences and CRM entries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound email and calling campaigns to prospective accounts; drive top‑of‑funnel activity.
• Research target companies; identify engineering/compliance contacts; build personalized outreach sequences.
• Follow up on quotes, proposals, and inquiries with sales executives; keep opportunities moving.
• Re-engage lapsed or passive accounts to bring them back into active conversation.
• Draft customer-facing content including emails, LinkedIn posts, event invitations; support cadence.
• Help develop sales enablement materials: summaries, one-pagers, briefs, follow-up recaps.
• Coordinate event planning and on-site coordination; assist with post-event follow-up campaigns.
• Maintain Dynamics CRM; log contacts, track opportunities, ensure pipeline accuracy.
• Assist with lab-based hosting when needed; coordinate tours and visitor reception.
