Job summary

Eurofins Electrical & Electronics opened its Littleton, MA laboratory in early 2026, building the commercial engine for EMC, Safety, and Medical Device certification on the East Coast. The Marketing & Sales Development Associate partners with regional sales to grow new business, support customer communications, and tell the Littleton lab story to engineers and product developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a relevant field.
• Excellent written communication with ability to adapt tone (cold emails, LinkedIn, briefs).
• Genuine interest in business development, sales and client relationships.
• Experience creating content for professional audiences (internships, clubs, campus media).
• Organized, self-directed, able to manage multiple outreach sequences and CRM entries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound email and calling campaigns to prospective accounts and passive customers.
• Research target companies and identify engineering/compliance contacts for outreach.
• Follow up on quotes, proposals, and inquiries with sales executives to move opportunities forward.
• Re-engage lapsed or passive accounts to re-enter active conversation.
• Draft customer-facing content including email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and event invitations.
• Develop sales enablement materials such as summaries and one-pagers.
• Support event planning and coordination for open houses and industry conferences.
• Assist with post-event follow-up campaigns to convert engagement into pipeline.
• Maintain and update CRM, log contacts, track opportunities, and ensure pipeline accuracy.
• Process quotes and orders, ensuring complete project fields and notes.
