Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and control of materials flow from origin to delivery.
• Manage warehouse operations staff in daily activities.
• Maintain quality and customer service in resolving issues.
• Review staff and ensure KPIs met through meetings.
• Provide cost-effective freight in/out flow supporting transport requirements.
• Develop warehousing system that delivers high service to customers.
• Maximize efficiencies across inbound/outbound operations and client accounts.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance.
• Ensure safety programs and training for staff.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding of new teammates.
