EASE LOGISTICS SERVICES LLC is seeking an experienced logistics account professional at the CMH Operations Terminal in Dublin, OH. This full-time role requires building strong client relationships, reviewing KPIs, and leading business reviews to drive performance and value.

You will identify opportunities, optimize load bookings with cross-functional teams, and develop long-term account plans while ensuring timely, compliant operations. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5 years with an associate degree, or 6+ years without a degree.
• Sales, customer service, and/or negotiation talents preferred.
• Transportation industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with key accounts and understand their supply chain.
• Review KPI metrics to drive customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Organize and lead business reviews covering performance, issues, and opportunities.
• Pursue business opportunities and develop supply chain solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with Carrier Solutions and other departments to optimize loads and reduce costs.
• Update Customer Profiles, participate in RFQs, and coordinate reviews and meetings.
• Develop and update long-term account plans and ensure goals are met.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop solutions for opportunities.
• Negotiate competitive pricing and SLAs based on market trends and lane data.
• Ensure on-time pickups/deliveries and equipment requirements.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate when needed.
