Qualifications

• 1–3 years of litigation experience including pre- and post-suit investigations, case analysis, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation.
• Bar Admission: Active membership in the Georgia State Bar in good standing.
• Education: J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Professional Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to building a long-term career in litigation.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Litigation Work: From day one, you’ll take an active role in depositions, case analysis, motion practice, trial preparation, and client strategy across a variety of matters.
