The ideal candidate has 1+ years of litigation experience, excellent written and verbal skills, and Illinois license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, motivation, effective project management and creative thinking are expected.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Involve in all aspects of our practice: investigations, case analysis, discovery, depositions, motions, and court appearances.
• Assist in arbitration, mediations, and trials; analyze insurance coverage matters.
• Engage in legal research and writing on a wide variety of issues.
