Attorney Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of litigation experience, including pre- and post-suit investigations, case analysis, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing law and motion, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation, in the areas of premises liability, products liability, employment and civil rights § 1983 work representing municipalities.
• Admission to the Georgia State Bar in good standing
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in building a long-term litigation career
