Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all aspects of practice including pre-lawsuit investigation, case analysis, written discovery, depositions, motions and court appearances, arbitration, mediations, and trials.
• Assist in insurance coverage matters and comprehensive research and writing on diverse issues.
