Qualifications

• 1–3 years of litigation experience including pre- and post-suit investigations, case analysis, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation.
• Bar Admission: Active membership in the Georgia State Bar in good standing.
• Education: J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Professional Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to building a long-term career in litigation.

Our Atlanta office is excited to offer an opportunity for an Associate Attorney to join an established and growing practice with a diverse range of matters, including employment law, community association disputes, premises liability, products liability, and/or business litigation.

Attorney Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of litigation experience, including pre- and post-suit investigations, case analysis, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation. Experience in employment, premises liability, products liability, and/or business litigation preferred.
