Qualifications

• 3–5 years of extensive litigation experience.
• Experience representing insurance coverage companies.
• Specialized focus in premises liability, trucking and/or construction law.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on litigation work from day one including depositions, case analysis and motion practice.
• Active role in trial preparation and client strategy across matters.
• Structured mentorship and feedback to support professional growth.
