Braeden Friss State Farm Agent seeks an Account Representative who is outgoing, customer-focused and ready to grow the agency by building meaningful relationships and promoting State Farm insurance and financial services.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, provide prompt, friendly service, and maintain lasting relations across departments to support customers’ coverage and claims needs.

Qualifications

• Sales experience to drive lead generation and product promotion.
• Ability to manage customer relationships across departments.
• Strong communication, listening, and written skills.
• Dedicated to superior customer service and responsiveness.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and tailor solutions.
• Ability to relate to customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Property & Casualty license (preferred or to be obtained).

Responsibilities
