Jason Dunn - State Farm Agent in Frankfort, KY seeks an Account Representative to support daily operations and help customers find the right insurance and financial services products. You’ll grow the agency through proactive customer relations and by identifying needs and presenting solutions.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, and provide prompt, friendly service, building lasting client relationships and contributing to overall agency success in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.

• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.

Responsibilities
