Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in building material industry with basic knowledge of product and application required.
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices, quotes, deliveries and installations.
• Initiate calls to customers to generate sales.
• Process orders, returns, credits and service requests accurately.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products and pricing details.
• Schedule and coordinate with outside sales, jobsites and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on sales floor and stockroom.
• Handle credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
• Resolve back orders and billing issues; support pricing and price lists.
• Build and grow professional customer relationships.
• Resolve jobsite issues and customer problems.
