Job summary

Ridout Lumber and Meek's, a divisions of US LBM Holdings, seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Rogers, AR. You will assist with new and existing customer sales, provide product support to outside sales, and prepare quotes and product information over the phone or in person.

The role requires 1–3 years in inside sales and knowledge of building materials, with focus on customer service and accurate order processing. High School Diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in building material industry desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about product selection, pricing, orders, deliveries and installations.
• Initiate calls to customers to generate sales.
• Enter orders, returns, credits and service requests; file paperwork.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products; check pricing and availability.
• Manage project schedules with outside sales, sites and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on floor and in stockroom.
• Research credits, returns and late payments as needed.
• Resolve backorders, billing issues and price lists.
• Develop and grow relationships with customers and resolve issues.
