Job summary

The role reports to the Area Director and requires 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced settings. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience a plus.
• 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced settings.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees with hiring and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and staff development.
