WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a location's performance, operations, safety, and financial success. The role reports to the Area Director and includes coaching a team, managing guest experiences, and driving membership and revenue growth.

The position requires 1–3 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment, with 45–50 hour weeks and a base salary of $60,000–$65,000 plus bonus potential. Car wash experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced environments; car wash experience not required.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations and drive revenue growth while maintaining safety and service standards.
• Foster a positive team culture and coach staff to improve performance and retention.
• Develop and communicate schedules; ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
