Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to lead a location's performance and daily operations. You will drive revenue, ensure safety and service standards, and build a strong team culture.

Reporting to the Area Director, you will coach, hire, train, and manage staff while optimizing financial results. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced settings, exceptional communication, and the ability to multitask in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees; hiring, training, scheduling, performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a location's day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth.
• Foster a positive team culture and coach employees to reach performance goals.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to store standards and policies.
• Utilize KPI tools to improve membership revenue and retention; manage controllable costs.
