Jiffy Lube is hiring a General Manager to lead a fast-paced automotive service center and accelerate your career. You will guide a high-performing team, drive customer satisfaction, and oversee daily operations while upholding Jiffy Lube standards.

You’ll focus on financial performance, team development, and safety, managing schedules, training, and performance assessments in a customer-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail service management experience (KPIs, budgeting, calculations).
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to use computers, online tools, and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, maintain a clean and professional workspace.
• Hire, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate team members, including disciplinary actions.
• Drive financial performance: sales growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Oversee cash handling, register reconciliation, and bank deposits.
• Complete paperwork for sales, cash receipts, and employee records.
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, and manage supply orders.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate various vehicle types.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA/environmental compliance.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the District Manager.
