Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail service management experience (KPIs, budgeting, calculations).
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to use computers, online tools, and documentation systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to stand, lift 50+ lbs, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members; conduct evaluations.
• Drive financial performance: sales growth and profitability.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliations, and deposits.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate vehicle types.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA/environmental compliance.
• Perform tasks assigned by the District Manager.
