Jiffy Lube is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead a fast-paced automotive service center in League City, Texas. You will drive sales, manage a high-performance team, and ensure top customer service while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail service management experience (KPIs, budgeting, calculations).
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to use computers, online tools, and documentation systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid US driver’s license; authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while keeping a clean, organized workspace.
• Hire, train, schedule, coach team members and conduct evaluations.
• Drive financial performance: sales growth, profitability, customer retention.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliations, and bank deposits.
• Complete sales, cash receipts, and employee records paperwork.
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, manage supply orders.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate various vehicle types.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA/environmental compliance.
• Perform tasks assigned by the District Manager.
