Qualifications

• Experience in handling foreclosure cases independently; cradle-to-grave experience preferred.
• Energetic, organized, detail oriented and disciplined with willingness to work hard.
• Eager to serve clients' needs, both externally and internally.
• Creative in problem-solving with initiative and good judgment.
• Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally and via written electronic correspondence.
• Ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations.
• Conscientious with respect to deadlines, time management and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases based on KPIs.
• Audit foreclosure files and advance files to the next milestone.
• Prepare legal documents for attorneys to review and execute.
• Manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to meet timelines.
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with attorneys, team leads, supervisors and managers to achieve goals.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for court.
• Monitor ongoing case activity, deadlines and update case files.
• Use reporting to prioritize work.
• Safeguard confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy and collections requirements.
