You will manage a diverse foreclosure caseload, perform legal research, and draft pleadings while collaborating across a national firm with hybrid/remote options.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada State Bar license in good standing.
• Foreclosure experience as Plaintiff’s counsel preferred.
• Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school.
• 1–5 years of real estate/foreclosure/creditors’ rights experience preferred; junior candidates considered.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management of Nevada foreclosure matters from assignment to conclusion.
• Compliance and analysis of loan instruments and regulatory requirements.
• Advocacy and representation in court conferences, mediations, and motions.
• Strategic advisory with client communications and updates.
• Legal drafting of pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Administrative diligence and precise documentation in case management systems.
