Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners seeks an Associate Attorney in Las Vegas, NV, to handle creditors’ rights and foreclosure matters in a hybrid work setting. The role offers mentorship from senior counsel and a focus on complex caseloads within a collegial environment.

You will oversee diverse Nevada foreclosure matters, perform legal analysis, draft pleadings, and communicate strategy to clients with a high level of autonomy and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada State Bar license in good standing.
• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 1–5 years of practice in real estate, foreclosure, or creditors’ rights preferred; junior candidates considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Nevada foreclosures from assignment to conclusion, including title curative and possessory actions.
• Review loan instruments and financial docs for regulatory compliance.
• Represent clients in court conferences, mediations, and motions.
• Provide legal analysis and strategy updates to clients in a timely manner.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence for foreclosure matters.
• Maintain accurate case management documentation and findings.
