• Deepen Consumer and Small Business relationships through memorable service.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third products and guide the team accordingly.
• Develop a consultative sales process to identify financial needs and propose solutions.
• Create an integrated book of business with proactive customer support.
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with core values and strategies.
• Foster One Bank collaboration with partners and participate in community activities.
• Model ethical behavior per Bancorp Code of Conduct and policies.
