Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to completion, including certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships by providing a memorable experience.
• Learn and apply Fifth Third products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide the team.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with a Financial Needs Assessment and best banker matching.
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Foster a One Bank culture with collaboration across partners.
• Participate in community service activities and adhere to company ethics and policies.
